Greenland is an island country and a part of the Kingdom of Denmark. It is located between the Arctic and Atlantic oceans, east of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. Greenland is the world's largest island, but only 1/5 of its surface is not ice-covered. Greenland allows hunting for several species: the Muskox and Reindeer attract a special interest of trophy hunters from all over the world.

The international flights arrive in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Then you will take a three-hour domestic flight to Kangerlussuaq. The following helicopter transfer to the hunting area takes about 30 minutes.
We offer classical spot and stalk hunting for Muskox and Reindeer in Greenland. The motor boats are used for transportation around the area if needed. The guides have radio sets to stay connected with the camp.
The base camp in Greenland consists of wooden hunting houses. One of them has four separate double rooms for the hunters. The other one has a dining room and a lounge zone.
The hunt is organized in the western part of the island, in the Kangerlussuaq region. Compared with eastern Greenland, this region produces about 15% larger trophies. The bulls can weigh up to 770 pounds (350 kg) and are the largest muskoxen in the world.
Nature is the main tourist attraction of Greenland: icebergs and fjords, midnight sun and polar lights, enormous Arctic whales and Polar bears. In the summer the cold island partly transforms into blooming Alps with icebergs in the background. Besides that, Greenland offers many activities for its visitors: great fishing, hiking, skiing and kayaking.

If you come from a country from which a visa is required to enter Denmark, a visa is also required to travel to Greenland. Please note that a visa must be sought separately for Greenland. A visa for Denmark does not automatically entail a visa to Greenland.
Yes, you can. However, most often the hunters rent the guns from local guides. To bring your own gun you will have to fill in the documents in advance and send a copy to the local police office.
We recommend that you come no earlier than the beginning of October. Before that time the antlers are in velvet.
Thoroughly choose your hunting boots for a trip to Greenland. The transfer around the hunting grounds is organized on a boat. While hunting, you will constantly walk on stones and low bushes. There can be water or sharp stones underneath the bush. Your boots need to be waterproof, non-slip and have to protect your feet from sharp stones and thorns. We will send you a detailed equipment list prior to your hunt.
After you harvest a trophy, you will have to carry it on your own. The local guides will not help you. If you plan to make a full mount after the hunt, please bring a backpack trophy bag to carry the skin and antlers.
