ROUTE
Depending on the trophy desired and the hunting area chosen, you will arrive at one of the international airports of the US: Orlando, Los Angeles, Anchorage, New York or Dallas. From there you will take a domestic flight to the hunting area, followed up by a car transfer to the camp.
HUNTING
It is possible to hunt both for certain game species and their combo in the US. The main hunting method is spot and stalk. Bow hunting is allowed. The 4x4 vehicle is used for transportation around the area; each hunter is accompanied by a PH. You will cover several miles daily. The average shooting distance for the big game is around 100-150 meters/yards.
Small boats are used to hunt the alligator at the rivers. The turkey is hunted by calling during the lekking time.
ACCOMMODATION
USA has all kinds of accommodation for the hunters: from high quality hunting lodges with en-suite bedrooms, separate dining and living rooms, and a cook, and to the very simple panel cabins with cots and a stove. Sometimes the tented camps are used, especially on the river banks.
