Alejandro Reyes (MX) submitted photos for two of his trophies, a Vercors chamois from 2023 and a Carpathian chamois from 2019. He did not have a story about the Vercors, but here is what he had to say about the Carpathian:
It was an extraordinary trip; the spectacular mountains, going up to hunt in that part of the Carpathians through winding roads full of vegetation and huge trees was a super-unique experience. On the fourth day of hunting, we saw my chamois at about a kilometer and a half. We finally got close enough to make an accurate shot almost two hours later, after having walked for a half day.
