COMMON LECHWE Hunting

Kobus leche leche
Distribution: Southeastern Angola, the Caprivi Strip in Namibia, northern Botswana, Zambia in the upper Zambezi, Kafue and Luapula drainages. Lechwe have been introduced on private ranches of South Africa.
Description: Typical form. It is a bright chestnut red in color.
CITES: Appendix II. Only an export permit is required. These species do not require an import permit (only in some countries that have adopted more strict rules).
