ABYSSINIAN GREATER KUDU Hunting

Tragelaphus strepsiceros chora

Distribution: Ethiopia and the adjacent Blue Nile region of east central Sudan. May still survive on the northern slopes of the Gaan Libah in northern Somalia.

Description: The Abyssinian greater kudu has a smaller, paler body, and horns that are usually much smaller than in the East African or southern subspecies. There are usually 4-5 vertical stripes on each side.
